Akixi reporting provides comprehensive call analytics and offers a range of products to suit your needs from basic call logging services to complete call centre services. We have over 200 sets of historical and real time call statistics, dials, alarms, charts and desktop wallboards. Our wallboards are compatible on BroadSoft platforms. 

Our service is available to use anywhere across multiple sites, it is highly scalable and is suitable from 2 to over 10,000 users. It is quick and easy to set up, with no peripheral hardware or software requirements.

Used in conjunction with our IP Telephony services, Assured IP is a voice only Broadband connection.  

These Broadband connections are 1:1 contended (uncontended) and have QoS (Quality of service) rules applied to prioritise IP voice traffic above all other traffic.  They are solely for the purpose of connecting IP Telephony systems to our network.
